About Us

I think most people pursue their current path through either accident or desperation. I was determined to heal my relationship with food when I chose to attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. For years I had alternated diets trying to find the best path to freedom with food. I only became more confused, more aware of how everything made me feel: stuck, bingeing, and deeply discouraged. I had to find a different path.

I had to learn how to connect to myself and my health. I learned that happiness is the truest indicator of health. That stress will compromise your results every time. That the most authentic way to heal; is to let go of obsession and practice actively pursuing a fulfilled life.

For the last seven years I have led my clients to incorporate strategies that challenge current diet trends. I teach them to discover the right foods for their lifestyle and ultimately their health. I work on a four part system that encourages movement, mindfulness, fluid, and nourishment. By working with my clients I help them find strategies that align with their personal needs.

Freedom is the best part of my job. I love helping my clients discover their best selves and live a life that inspires and creates joy.
