Living in your power
The journey of acknowledging your needs and value and learning to honor yourself.
Life teaches to be less, to put aside, to adjust, to ignore. I want to invite you to listen, love, and sit with yourself, to discover the richness of the person within and give them the voice that has long been silenced.
As you step into a new chapter of living, you have learned a great deal about forgiveness and healing. You have learned ways to nourish and love your body. To accept yourself and care for your basic needs.
Each day you get to pick foods that comfort and honor your hunger. You get to drink water and refresh your cells. You get to settle your thoughts and restore your energy. You get to practice movement and strengthen your physical body.
Choosing to live outside of restriction and chaos invites you to live in a place of strength. This is where, rather than forcing yourself to change, you create an energy of change that happens naturally.
Focus on your ability to own and choose your powerful life, by listening to the voice within that is often silenced. This acknowledgement of your deep self gives you the freedom and direction to move in a way that affirms your full being.
The way we think is the gateway to powerful living. Adjusting your beliefs and expectations to align with your goals can help you adapt to a way of living that builds your power rather than tears you down.
Power Builders:
Acknowledge your needs and choose how to give to them in a way that feels good. If you need rest, take a nap or go on a walk. If you need a snack choose one that makes you feel alive and sit and enjoy it.
Release negative thoughts and the tension that comes with them, by identifying their presence and the energy it’s taking from you. Then speak out the opposite and focus on reframing it to give you joy.
Eat to nourish. You deserve to eat and enjoy what you put in to your body. Let go of guilt and focus on reshaping your beliefs surrounding food.
Be powerful. You are worthy, capable, and ready to live your best life.
